How do I access the Actee and games?

You register by creating a user in a few simple steps.

Before you register, it's a good idea to check if your organization is already active with a customized subscription.

If you are independent and not assigned any customized subscriptions or specific sessions, this is how you register:

  1. Click the button Actee Login in the top right corner.
  2. Unless you already have created a user log in, click the button New User.
  3. Register your name, email, and job function and create a password.
  4. Sign in with your email, password, and job function.
  5. Enjoy your free access to a handful of selected games that you can try for free. If you want full access, you must either become part of a company subscription or register your own partner module.

If you are invited to join a specific session, check out How do I join a session in the FAQ list.

What is a game?

An Actee game is a simulation of leadership and/or management situations. These simulations are based on theoretical knowledge of the topics that are covered. The simulations aim to deal with common issues within the fields of change management, leadership and communication.

Can I try a free demo?

Actually, the barriers are low to get started with trying out our games. You just need to register to get free access to a handful of games we have picked out for you to try.

All you need to do is to register with your name, email address and your job function. Then you are ready to try a selection of our learning games

If you are working as a consultant you can play any game as a demo version. You chose this at the beginning of building a session from your dashboard. Note there will be a sign saying the subscription is not for commercial use. We monitor demo´s made from the Admin module and will be in contact to see if we can help you in your work with your partners

How do I get started

Please let us know if you have further questions related to this write us an email at info@actee.com or call us at +4570707505.

Step 1: The process of building a game

The case-interview: Writing up a new game for a client forces you to think about what the client need from the game. For that reason, you should set up a case-interview where you figure out exactly what they expect. Locate the people you need to talk to and arrange for an interview.

Initial draft: Once you have completed the initial interview, you should start working on the key elements of the game and present these to the client.

Final draft: Once you have finished the game, you should prepare a test-session with your client where you can test the game and make sure that the goals for learning are met.

Corrections: Use the notes from your test session to make the final corrections and, if needed, start working on translations for the game.

NOTE: meeting with the client must ensure that you get the following:

1: Get information on what is needed and how you intend on getting there.

2: Working on writing the game (a group is working on stakeholders in the game or, see the www.actee.com/FAQ for more info on this process)
